My interest started from a simple love of drawing. This passion evolved as I progressed trough my career. After getting my diploma from Nanyang Polytechnic, I took on job as a 3D artist. I started on as a 3D generalist but soon shifted to 3D visual effects. I wanted to do the particles, fire and other amazing effects I saw in the commercials and movie.

3D technology is moving at very fast pace. Every few months there are new software or techniques to experiment with. We have to keep up with the ever rising industry standard and update ourselves with every working tool available. Working at Blackmagic and Vividthree enable me to I learn lots of new things. Over the years, I contributed in many projects such as, tv commercials, films , opening sequences etc.

After 3 years in the industry, I decided to move on and pursue my degree. Instead of relearning vfx, I enroll into Savannah collage of art and design, majoring in Advertising. Much of the classes are about generating creative and original ideas. Ideas always comes before everything else. It is on the top of the chain of production. But ideas combined with knowledge of execution, I believe, will greatly increase efficiency in realizing an excellent product.
